Domestic shipping is complimentary for orders over $200. Orders below this amount have a flat rate of $10. Items will be sent via our courier service or express post, an overnight delivery service between all major cities. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery or 3-5 for non-metro areas. To ensure next day delivery* please place your order before 10am AEST. Ensure you provide the correct postal address as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. We recommend you provide a daytime address where someone will be able to receive your parcel between 9am and 5pm. Your office is a good option is you know someone will be there to take delivery. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

*Next day delivery only applies to suburbs within our courier’s metro network and Australia Post’s metro network. Please check the couriers website for tracking and delivery times in your area.

We understand how tricky it can be to know if a garment will fit before trying it on, and that’s why we offer a 7 day exchange and return period on all full priced items, commencing when you receive your item.

Jerri.Jones will happily provide a refund (less shipping) or exchange your item for another – provided the item is returned new, unused, has the jerri.Jones swing tag still attached and is in the original packaging, you may return within 5 business of receiving your item.

Email [email protected] for your return authorisation before posting any exchange purchases back. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at your expense.

We strongly suggest that you use registered mail such as Australia Post. If no tracking system was used on the package, Jerri.Jones will not be held responsible for any packages returned and not received on our end.
