Can i return or exchange?
Yes, you can return or exchange according to our returns policy detailed below.
We understand how tricky it can be to know if a garment will fit before trying it on, and that’s why we offer a 7 day exchange or return period on all full priced items, commencing when you receive your item.
Jerri.Jones will happily provide a refund (less shipping) or exchange your item for another, or a refund – provided the item is returned new, unused, has the jerri.Jones swing tag still attached and is in the original packaging, you may return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Email [email protected] for your return authorisation before posting any exchange purchases back. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at your expense.
We strongly suggest that you use registered mail such as australia post. If no tracking system was used on the package, jerri.Jones will not be held responsible for any packages returned and not received on our end.
Please note: we currently do not offer refunds on any sale or pre-order items.
How do I care for my leather jacket?
When investing in a wardobe staple piece like a classic jerri.Jones jacket – you want it to last!
Natural leather will age beautifully over time. To ensure the longevity of your special purchase please treat it with care and follow the care instructions to enjoy for many seasons to come.
colour grain variations are characteristics of natural leathers and make each item unique. Tonal changes, incidental marks and texture variations all add to the individual charm of leather
- Store out of direct sunlight on a well shaped hanger with air to circulate
- Do not store in plastic and keep away from heat and rough surfaces
- If wet, wipe with a soft cloth and let dry naturally, never put heat onto the leather
- Have specialist leather dry cleaned only if necessary
- To remove surface dirt, wipe with a soft cloth if necessary
I am in-between sizes, what size leather jacket should i get?
The Classic biker jacket is a fitted waist, close-fit style.
If you are between sizes or in doubt, we recommend sizing up to allow a little more room for movement, and the versatility of wearing a light to mid-weight knit underneath during the cooler months. Unless you like a snug fit, your standard size is perfect, and designed to be worn with light layers – Tees, silk camp’s, slips etc.

How does the sizing on the sweatshirts work?
The sweatshirts are Unisex sizing. The fit is oversized and designed for a relaxed, slouchy fit. Please see the below table for equivalent womens sizing.
We also love to size up one or two sizes for a super oversized look (see stone grey images, size 8 model wears size L sweatshirt)
I live outside Australia, do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide
New Zealand $25 flat rate
Rest of the World $40 flat rate
Please note, the receiver is responsible for any Customs Duties and Taxes upon entering your Country.
Can i ship to a PO box?
No. Within Australia, we ship via courier so unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you require a PO box delivery please contact us, so we can arrange delivery via Australia Post for you.
Where can I try on JERRI.JONES? Do you have any stockists?
We are currently exclusive to our website, so unfortunately it’s not possible to try on our garments in-store. We understand it can be tricky selecting a size online or knowing if something is right for you – so you can order and try on at home with the rest of your wardrobe and we offer exchange and returns on online orders if you find the item is unsuitable.
